Classes
Sport is the hook. Personal development is the purpose. BEAM stays the same at every stage - but how it shows up changes as our members grow. Here's what that looks like, from your child's first session to adulthood.
What is BEAM? Building Confidence, Empowering Growth, Achieving Together, Mentoring for Life - our personal development framework, shaping every session we run. Read more about BEAM →
Grasshoppers
Ages 4–10
This is where it starts: play-based sessions where fun leads and technique follows. At this age, confidence looks like a child willing to try something new in front of others - not technical correctness. Every child is noticed by name, and every child belongs to the group from day one.
Squad isn't a class you have to work up to - coaches invite members in when they're ready, based on commitment, not age.
Cranes
Ages 11–16
This is where all four parts of BEAM start to show up in fuller form. Sessions get more technical and more structured, but there's still plenty of room for games - we meet young people where they are. It's a genuine progression pathway, with older or more experienced members starting to support newer ones.
Adults
Ages 17+
BEAM doesn't stop at 17, the emphasis just shifts. It's less about first-time courage, more about consistency and self-respect in training. Classes like Women's Only and Men's Only are built around accountability and community, not just fitness - and many of our adult members become role models for younger ones simply by being present.
MUAY THAI & BOXING
PILATES
Family
All Ages
Some things are better done together. Family Muay Thai puts adults and young people on the mat side by side - one of the clearest ways we put "we succeed together" into practice.
