Led by our experienced instructor, Alice Mockridge, these 30-minute sessions follow straight after selected Muay Thai classes and focus on building stability, mobility, and posture while reducing the risk of injury. Whether you’re a martial artist, an active gym-goer, or someone looking to move and feel better, this class will help you recover faster, stand taller, and perform at your best for longer.
