    This Girls Only Muay Thai class is designed specifically for girls aged 11-16 who want to build confidence, strength, and self-belief in a safe and supportive environment. Many young girls feel discouraged in mixed classes, particularly when training alongside older or bigger teenagers. This session creates a female-only space where girls can train comfortably, progress at their own pace, and enjoy being part of a positive peer group. Sessions focus on: - Fundamental Muay Thai techniques - Fitness, coordination, and discipline - Confidence, resilience, and self-belief - Encouragement and teamwork, not intimidation Classes are beginner-friendly and suitable for all abilities. No prior experience is required. This session is coached by a female coach and delivered by Radojunkie Combat Academy, a community-led organisation with a strong focus on youth development and safeguarding. All participants must be within the stated age range.
