Kazuki Takahashi, a legend rests in paradise.

Kazuki Takahashi, the creator of one of my childhood favourite anime shows and card games 'Yu-Gi-Oh!' was said to have been found dead in Southern Japan, Thursday July 7th 2022 by the country's coast guards. His body was discovered floating off the coast of Nago in Okinawa Prefecture. Mr. Takahashi was traveling alone in Nago, a popular travel destination, for those in Japan.

He had been apparently snorkeling at the time of death from unknown causes, according to coast guards.

He was 60. Mr Takahashi will forever be a legend, as the creator of the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise and as a pioneer to the magical card playing themed manga/anime out there. Rest in Paradise!
