On April 30th come and join us as The Combat Lab Interclub is finally here🏅🏅🏅 Coaches, please send us your fighters' names, weights, gym and experience. All fights will be pre-matched so please get your names to us quickly to avoid disappointment. 😁🏆👏
Disciplines & Rulesets:
Muay Thai: 3x2 min rounds / Shinguards / 16oz Gloves / No Elbows / No knees to head.
Boxing: 3x2 min rounds / British Boxing Rules / 16oz Gloves / Head guard optional.
MMA: 3x3 min rounds / MMA sparring gloves / Shinguards / No Elbows / No knees to head.
Jiujitsu: 2x5 min rounds / IBJJF Standard Rules / Gi & NoGi.
Kids: Head guard & body shield required / No headshots / Jiujitsu 2x3 min rounds.

My message to you:
The Combat Lab are a multi-disciplined gym and will hold a multi-disciplined interclub. This means that it will be a day for everyone to exercise their skills before any big competitions that may be coming up.
