New Baki Hanma Season 2 trailer reveals more cast

Netflix has commenced streaming a fresh trailer for Baki Hanma, the anime adaptation of Keisuke Itagaki's manga, Hanma Baki - Son of Ogre, on Wednesday. The trailer prominently showcases the narrative arc titled "The Father VS Son Saga," constituting the latter part of the anime.

This segment also unveils novel additions to the cast lineup. Furthermore, the video offers a glimpse of the inaugural track "Sarracenia," performed by SKY-HI, and the concluding song "Salvia," presented by BE:FIRST, both of which will accompany the latter portion of the series.

Baki Hanma Season 2 is set to premiere summer of 2023

Netflix has recently released exciting details about the upcoming second season of Baki Hanma, the popular anime series adapted from Keisuke Itagaki's beloved martial arts manga series, Baki. The announcement includes a new trailer, a captivating key visual, and the revelation of additional voice cast members and theme song performers.

As a Netflix original series, Baki Hanma's first season comprising 12 episodes was streamed worldwide in September 2021. Fans are now eagerly anticipating the release of the second season, which will be divided into two arcs. The first arc, titled "The Tale of Pickle & The Pickle War Saga," is set to be released on July 26, while the second arc, "The Father VS Son Saga," will follow on August 24.

To make the second season even more thrilling, Netflix has introduced new voice cast members and theme song performers to the series. The updated cast is sure to bring the characters to life and immerse fans in the captivating world of Baki Hanma.

Takeshi Kusao (Hanamichi Sakuragi in Slam Dunk) casts as Pickle, a primitive man preserved since the Jurassic era.
