The BST Academy welcomes all to our Interclub. This is a great opportunity for juniors and adults to test their skills in a controlled non-decision bout against a fairly matched opponent.

All fights are Pre-matched ONLY.

Juniors

No Head contact for juniors under 15

Juniors 3 x 1 min rounds.

Juniors must wear Under 50kg 10oz Gloves Over 50kg 16oz Gloves Body Protector Full shin and instep protectors. Gum Shield.

Adults

Adults 3 x 1.5 min rounds

Adults must wear 16oz gloves. Full Shin and instep protectors Gum Shield.

This is a controlled full-contact Thai Boxing Interclub and good technique must be displayed.
