The return of Saitama & the gang
MAPPA will animate One Punch Man Season 3 ( Updated December 9th 2022)
It was announced on Wednesday 7th of December 2022 that MAPPA Studios (known for Chainsaw Man, Jujutsu Kaisen and Attack On Titan) would be animating Season 3 of One Punch Man.
Over the course of its run, the anime adaption has been shuffled around a number of studios such as Madhouse ( known for Death Note and Parasyte) produced the first season and Season 2 moved to J.C. Staff with Chikara Sakurai replacing Shingo Natsume as director.
One Punch Man Season 3 Announcement ( Created August 22nd 2022)
It was officially announced last week on August 18th 2022 by the One Punch Man Official website that One Punch Man Season 3 had been confirmed and is returning to small screens soon. After 2 years since season 2 was concluded the fans are finally getting what they asked for.
It was said that Season 3 is now in production. We were left with this key visual drawn by Osamu Kubota featuring Saitama and Garou, who was the one in charge of character design for the first and second seasons.
