London Fight Factory's message:
All age groups, skill levels and fitness levels are very welcome and our coaches and students are hugely supportive of new members and, of course, each other. You will learn a massive amount if you train with us and become fitter than you have possibly ever been. We like to laugh a lot but our classes are demanding, both mentally and physically, and whatever your level you will need to work hard – but it will be worth it. We promise.
We are happy to let you all know that we will be hosting a seminar for Nong-O Gaiyanghadao, currently one of the best pound-for-pound Muay Thai fighters in the world.
On October 28th he will be in town sharing his world-class expertise.
