Our next Interclub is Sunday, May 7th. This is a controlled contact Interclub for Kids and Adults. No winners, everyone gets a medal. Great experience to practise good Thai and K-1 techniques in front of a crowd, against another gym, being cornered by your coach/team and with a referee!
