Every Radojunkie session is built around structured personal development. Through Muay Thai training we create a disciplined, supportive environment where members build confidence, resilience and respect while improving their physical and mental wellbeing. ________________________________________ Recovery & Mobility Programme | Muay Thai Recovery Pilates Our Pilates sessions are designed to support recovery, mobility and core strength for Muay Thai training. While open to everyone, the sessions are particularly beneficial for those participating in combat sports. Sessions focus on: • Core strength development • Mobility and flexibility • Injury prevention • Muscle recovery • Breath control and posture These classes provide the perfect balance to high-intensity martial arts training.
